Are you insured and licensed?
We have all the necessary insurances up to £5,000,000 in public liability and £10,000,000 in employers’ liability as well as indemnity Insurance for £1,000,000.
Are you fully Trained and certified?
All staff are fully trained and NPTC Certified, so all aspects of work undertaken on site will be done to a high standard by fully trained staff. We also have staff on site who have a Level 2-4 certificate in Arboriculture and membership of the Royal Forestry Society and the Arboricultural Association.
If I send you a photo, can you give me a price?
While we can sometimes quote for stump grinding from a photo and measurements. Generally, an on-site visit is required to provide pricing as there are many other factors to consider than just the visual presentation of the tree.
